240V Motorised Damper Actuator

The 240V Motorised Damper Actuator is designed for controlling motorised dampers in HVAC ducting and air distribution systems.

Operating directly from a 230–240V AC supply, the actuator provides reliable open and close control without requiring a separate low-voltage transformer. Its compact enclosed design and square drive shaft make it suitable for use with compatible HVAC damper assemblies.

The actuator includes an auxiliary SPDT microswitch, allowing switching or position indication where required as part of the control system.

Wiring

The actuator is labelled for open and closed operation:

• A1 – Open
• A2 – Closed

An auxiliary SPDT microswitch is incorporated into the actuator for use where switching or damper position feedback is required.

Electrical connection should be completed in accordance with the actuator wiring diagram and the requirements of the associated control system.
